see all reviewsAlways love the classes at 423 Yoga! The studio is well appointed with all the amenities and yoga tools like blocks, straps, towels and mat rentals if needed. This is my second class with Lori and I love her prompts into the different poses. In the last class we worked on Bird of Paradise and I appreciate the way she presented two different approaches to bird of paradise. For me that is very helpful since I am not that flexible. Blocks and straps are my best friends in yoga 😃. Namaste 🙏🏽 🧘🏻♀️

She also usually has a portion of class to work on learning more advanced poses (and she's great at explaining how to approach these poses for beginners) which has been great for expanding my practice. see all reviewsI really love this class. Cannot recommend it enough for pregnant people! Someone brought their husband tonight which I have to admit I did not appreciate. This is a space for pregnant people or people who recently gave birth. I love how we share in the beginning of class and it feels so safe, intimate, and genuine to say how you’re currently feeling regarding your pregnancy surrounded by others who are going through the same thing or have just gone through it. I know it’s not a big deal but thought it was worth sharing. I will definitely still continue to keep coming back.

She does open the door during the second half of class several times, I didn’t mind but if you like it hot hot hot the whole time, I would suggest picking a spot far from the door. At the end of class, she sang and it was such a rich and soothing voice, I loved it.
