see all reviewsThis class/instructor is VERY challenging but it is so so good. It’s very fast paced and difficult so I definitely wouldn’t recommend Laura’s power class for a beginner. I feel like her power class is the only Y6 class where I actually get a really good workout. Very little stretching, maximum amount of active yoga time, and it’s hot. Exactly what I’m looking for :)

see all reviewsI needed someone to drive me home after this class lol. I think I feel asleep in every pose. Magical. Loved her voice and the pacing. Only thing I always hope for in restorative/ yin — is music with no percussion or lyrics. But this is a personal thing because I’m a musician and percussion / lyrics are hard to fully zone out on. Def recommend this class and will be back!
