    Great class for beginners, the instructor was lovely. There were only 2 other people in the class so it was easier to get direct feedback . After the class ended the instructor offered to do some boxing/sparring additionally, unfortunately I had to leave for work but I will remember this for next time! The studio was easy to find and there was untimed parking. Also has a cafe which is great for coffee afterwards.

    Such an epic workout! The music played by the live DJ was so good and the routines were so fun and easy to follow. It’s super high intensity and very sweaty which makes it the ultimate workout, but also doesn’t feel like a workout, just a big dance party. Can’t wait for the next class, highly recommend!!
