While I enjoy the instructors talking/sharing positive messages , some days I definitely love just going to class to just ride and enjoy the tunes. That’s what Khalid provided and exactly what I needed. He sprinkled positivity in the class while maintaining the focus on a good workout.

see all reviewsThe class was great! First 30minutes was all about conditioning; jump rope, core and cardio rounds. The second half was partnered mitt work. The instructor was welcoming and provided feedback throughout the class and corrected form/technique. I highly recommend this class to anyone who likes boxing. Its much better than any class Title Boxing offers. Ill definitely be back and take more classes.
