    Great experience I came in late and had so many thoughts in my head and still was able to breath and relax to the flow of the class, I wish the receptionist would have given me a mat for the class when told her I was heading to the yoga class because it was my first time and I didn’t knew they were in the front desk but still I started the class without it and at some point the instructor noticed and provided the necessary equipment very attentive and gentle there was also a class mate who was very kind and let me know that I could pick the mat at the front desk. Definitely would go back it felt very nice.

    Really great class. Derric is very welcoming and made it easy for me being new to a group meditation class. The meditation itself is ~40-45 minutes which sounded long at first but it allowed such a deep sense of connection with your body which was much needed after a long week. I felt so peaceful and happy afterward. Would definitely recommend even if you’re newer to meditation!
