    Great class. Leg focus today. Warm up, then short set of banded squat exercises, then 8 min kettlebell set to get heart rate up, then 20 min lunge/squat variation set. I’ll be sore tomorrow.

    Saturday's are team WODs, so pace is a little different than normal classes. Perhaps it is because I said I did crossfit for a few years, but there wasn't a lot instruction on the movements, so it might be intimidating for someone who is new to this type of workout.
