    BODYPUMP - Strength

    LOVE Tracy’s body pump class. She brings amazing energy and gets us all in the zone with the slightly dimmed colored lights. I wish the other Healthworks & Republic body pump instructors would also put on the dim colored lights, it makes it feel like a Barry’s bootcamp instead of working out in harsh bright lights.

    Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

    Im a barrys regular and this was extremely challenging class. I was into it but would definitely be too much for someone new or beginner level. One piece of feedback that you can take or leave: playlist was great but wish he chilled on swapping out/changing the songs so often :)

    Nicoles classes never disappoint. She is very friendly and a motivating instructor. She is precise and timely with her instructions. She always provides options/modifications for difficult moves so that she makes sure everyone in the class gets a good workout.
