see all reviewsI loved the class! Fun, up-beat and friendly. Good mix of feel-good music. A good warm up and cool down included. I’ve done Zumba loads and this was one of my favourite classes! The teacher is called Carolin / Karolin, and since 2 weeks ago she’s the permanent teacher for this Friday class (not Pauline / Jenny as ClassPass suggests).

see all reviewsThis was my first time trying this type of workout, and I LOVED IT! I nearly died but it was very rewarding seeing that I could push myself a bit without risking to get an injury. Joe was an amazing coach, explaining the movements and the science behind it which is great. I 100% recommend this class!

see all reviewsAt first I was slightly irritated by the booking process, which was more tedious than expected Note that the times shown on ClassPass may not actually be available, even if you’ve booked them so I strongly suggest calling the company directly after your booking. However, the gym itself is good, modern, actually quite spacious and pleasant to work out in. Price is not bad compared to Gymbox day pass (which is £20), and you get your own private space. Will probably use again
