Heather was very patient and would find out more about what skincare products i use on a daily basis and would further advise from there. She would advise what type of facial would suit my skin better and what i need to take note of. After the whole facial, there were no pushy or hardselling of packages or promotions which is something i appreciate too. Thanks so much Heather!
