see all reviewsi loved this class!!! erin was such a great instructor. she corrected forms around the room and offered really specific modifications for people who needed them. all the movements felt really intentional and left me sweating!! at the end of class i asked a question about one of the forms causing me trouble and she took real time to have me demonstrate again where i noticed the issue, then helped me diagnose the cause and come up with focus areas to help build the stability i need. super knowledgeable and super nice. i can’t wait to go back!!!
