    Acro Yoga All Levels

    First time doing acro and I had a lot of fun! The instructors were very kind, informative, and encouraging throughout. They created a safe place with effective and consistent cueing, spotting, and consenting. Would recommend to anyone curious and interested! I’m a yogi, and expected more yoga in the class (had NO idea what I signed up for haha), but despite no acrobatic experience, I had a blast :)

    I have never felt so welcomed and immediately comfortable at a gym before! From the staff to the other members, everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Our trainer was Whitney and she was so awesome! She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to helping me with my form. My friend and I enjoyed this class and facility so much that we decided to get full time memberships! Definitely book a class here, you won’t be disappointed!
