Candlelight Yin Yoga + FULL MOON
see all reviewsPlace was nice and clean. Tiffany was super friendly and a great instructor too. It’s just most of the time you’ll completely depend on verbal cues and I can see that could be difficult to follow for some beginners. Overall a great experience and I think I’ll come back!

see all reviewsLiv was AMAZING! She greeted me as I came in, gave me tour of the studio, and really just me feel welcomed. I was able to fully immerse myself in the yoga practice because it just felt like such a safe place. The class ended with her putting a little bit of essential oil on you and a rub on your forehead. I will definitely be returning! Ten out of ten!

see all reviewsThis was a yoga circuit training class. Leslie was very kind, to watch o er me, as she demonstrated so many moves for the circuit, I thought I’d be so overwhelmed! But I hung in there and finished well. A very rewarding class for a Saturday morning!

see all reviewsI had class with Andie and one other attendee. I like the open windows view at ground level, in the “boutique” space. Love the floor which looks like cement but is soft with give. It’s very clean. Andie’s class was fun, easy to follow, not too little or too much, for me, some just starting to get in shape again, and good for an experienced exerciser and dancer. Andie’s instruction was super clear, and she is a spirited instructor in her nifty Christmas light leggings!
