    CLUB & CYCLE SPIN

    Belinda is a wonderful spin instructor! She helped me set up my bike and gave me pointers/safety instructions prior to class, which eased my anxiety about looking foolish lol. Although hers isn’t an “introductory “ class, I never felt like I couldn’t go at my own pace and modify some more difficult spots. They have fresh towels and seat cushions (although my as$ still hurt something serious :( but I think that’s normal.) The members are super sweet and encouraging too. Not at all like some toxic gym culture vibes. I’ll definitely be back! 10/10.
