see all reviewsHoly cow, if Foundations was the introductory/beginner class, I can’t imagine how tough the full class is! This was extremely challenging, heavy on the core of course but had some great bicep and glute work. I found it a bit overwhelming and intimidating so I’m definitely going to try foundations again before doing a Full Body class.
