He quickly got me acclimated to the gyms layout/format and inquired about past injuries. He provided relevant exercise modifications throughout and checked in to see how I was feeling. Really liked the group warm up/ post stretch. The other class participants were also really inclusive and overall the place had a really good vibe. It seemed like more “athletic” participants were also getting what they needed out of the class which is really cool to see the upside of things. Will DEF be back.

You can tell there is a community built here but also feel they are ecstatic to bring in newcomers of any level. Bridget is so intentional with her teachings. She knows how to directly as well as indirectly motivate you to progress in your journey in a loving manner. She explains the physiological effects that come with certain positions and does a great job guiding you through it all. I left her class with a new appreciation for the human bodies’ abilities in addition to even more awareness of how mine operates. Will definitely be back and can’t recommend this studio enough ❤️

Club Pilates isn’t usually my thing I was hesitant to sign up as I used to be a member in LA and they still won’t stop calling 8 years later but this one was so close, I gave it a shot knowing that there are good instructors everywhere and that's what matters. Glad I did! I'd def take Maddie's class again.

And then let me do my thing. I will say for the ladies this is an open environment. The red light therapy is private. But the shower which is required for sanitary purposes is open and in the middle. It’s nice for convenience when you’re going back n forth between the sauna and the pools, but again for the ladies you may feel a bit exposed. It was quiet and not many people there.
