Afterwards, I partnered it with a Nidra/sound class and the combo was pure magic. I was so relaxed in the second class, I accidentally fell asleep and woke up as people were packing up 😅.

This was my first time at the studio. It’s beautiful and has tons of parking. I always get a great practice with Amber and a feeling of peace during her class. She has the most calming voice and her guidance helps me feel so at peace. Love her music selection too!

see all reviewsThe class was very good and challenging. I’m glad it was not heated because you don’t need it! You sweat regardless. She doesn’t arrive until the beginning of class time so you’ll need to wait in car out outside til she arrives. It’s a really nice and pleasant studio with great community vibes.
