And for this particular studio if they maybe had a note on the door about the door code being in class confirmation email that would be helpful. As a first timer at this studio I had no idea where to look for a door code.

I usually take her 1.5s but today I was tired and she helped me safely adjust/increase the springs when I needed more so I still felt like I got a workout in. Love Shar’s classes!
