see all reviewsPerfect class!! I feel great afterwards. Instructor is so nice and her flow is clear and approachable for everyone. Studio is all one room, clean and relaxing with all the props you need. Not heated, but warm at a nice level. No hands on adjustments that I saw, the instructor does the flow herself and you can do your own thing if needed. No judgement or stress here.
