Really love this class. Probably will be using all my ClassPass credits here. The mix of exercises makes the class fly by and Jenna gives you a ton of individual attention to keep you motivated and assure proper form. Every exercise can be modified for a variety of fitness levels.

Virtual Cardio Hip Hop Party
Mastah Tee/Trina is the bomb. Going to echo another reviewer when I say this is one of the few hip hop classes you can take these days that is NOT corny. Not only was it fantastic, by the choreography was do-able. Fast enough to be authentic dances of my youth but slow enough to actually catch the moves. I did put my beats on so that I could dance to my music of choice: New York house as I’m a bit “older” and don’t connect with contemporary hip hop music. I will be back again and again though! Please consider doing a house choreography class, Trina. You are the baddest!
