    Bar Method

Tina and all the instructors are great about trying to prevent injury and get you best results by asking about any injuries and paying attention to people’s positioning. I highly appreciate this, since I have been to a bar place (not Bar Method) where I got a bad pain in my shoulder a while afterwards from the sloppily guided exercise. I can’t believe someone got so upset about having their positioning corrected (which was done kindly as always, I’m sure) that they not only wrote a bad review but also body shamed the instructor! Strong, healthy bodies look all different ways - the instructors are good role models of that by being diverse and not judgmental.

Anne Arreguin (not to be confused with Ani) is a conscientious instructor who went around to adjust form individually and demonstrated each move very clearly. The workout was very fast-paced, not too much time/reps on one move. That could be good or bad depending on what you’re looking for. Nice clean facility. Parking can be tough.
