INTERVAL: ARMS & ABS
see all reviewsThis was my first interval class. Matt was great at walking everyone through the process and getting set up. I felt like I got a good workout, and the class was a lot of fun!

see all reviewsMartina was absolutely the best! Had a fun time although it was cardio and it was easy to stay on track with the monitors and instructions from Martina. I love that with class pass I get the chance to try out several places but I’m very tempted to join at F45!

see all reviewsVery friendly front desk, nice equipment, and a wonderfully hot room! As a beginner, I thought the class was a bit too quickly paced for me, but it was clear that the teacher was very good. She helped me correct and adjust the poses to fit my ability.

Flow Studios Chicago provides exceptional Pilates training and fitness and wellness…Open Gym
see all reviewsVery nice gym. This is a place that’s ~$20/mo for a membership so it doesn’t have the frills and extra fancy stuff that a more expensive gym has (green turf, TRX, CrossFit stuff, hip thrust machine, pool, courts, windows, eucalyptus towels, etc). But I really liked it. The door to the building was propped open so I was able to get in easily. But if it wasn’t, that could be a problem. Once at the front desk, just say Hi, sign in, and you’re free to get swole. There’s very few “Open Gym” options on Class Pass these days so it was great to be able to use this one. The machines are high quality Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment, though probably 10-15 years old (they all still work well). There are a lot of machines for a relatively small space. 2-3 squat racks and at least 2 of every other machine you can think of. I highly recommended Fitness 19 for class pass folks who are like me and just want to go lift some heavy weights without being yelled at my an instructor.
