see all reviewsMichael is awesome. I took his Friday class and liked the workout. Decided to schedule another Friday class with him, but this time….the class was different. It was nothing like his first class I took. There wasn’t much of a workout, for lack of better words. I’m hoping the next Friday class I book, would be like the first one I took with Michael.

see all reviewsThis was my first class, and it was wonderful! The coach, Akkim, was wonderful, and patient with me! The class was small enough that everybody had individual attention from the coach. The gym was really spacious. Everything was clean, including the bathroom. And the reception person Jaylin was lovely and very welcoming!! the work out was fantastic and I can’t wait to go back!!!
