see all reviewsI am a beginner at yoga. I've had previous experience with yoga and that definitely helped me through the class. Alfred was spectacular! He can tell that there were some newbies and experts in the class. He would always explain a pose if he sees somebody confused and give extension options of certain poses to those who are in a higher level of their practice. The staff is really kind, the instructor was really kind, and the other classmates are also very kind. All in all a very great experience.

Ive never had a facial before this one but i will be comparing my next facials (if i get any) to this one i had here. They have machines here I didnt know existed and i loved learning about what each one did. The technology here is insane. The owner was in the reception area when i walked out and she was soooo sweet, she really knows how to run a clean and efficient place. Im excited to go back in a couple weeks for another facial. I also did the infrared bike and the infrared sauna. Amazing. They make sure that what you do that day is not too harsh on your body and i appreciate them for that!
