A healthy mix of motivation but also understanding - offers the option to take on a challenge (more reps or more weight) but never pressures it. He’s knowledgeable and all about form - doesn’t want anyone to rush for the sake of getting more reps in - quality over quantity, which is so important for strength training.

see all reviewsOnce in a blue moon you take a class or treatment and the facilitator goes the extra mile and blows you away. Charlie is that person. Her remedial massage was amazing, she explained all my tense areas as she treated them and even gave me exercises to do at home to build muscle strength. She’s also just very nice and down to earth. The studio is lovely and the playlist and tea afterwards are nice touches. Keen to come back and try a class next time. Thanks Charlie!
