That’s a great weight for an average arm workout. But when the main focus in a 45 min workout is arms, as there was in this particular class, I prefer to be able to go down on my weights rather than having to drop them altogether during part of the workout. But Jacey’s class was great!

see all reviewsThe coaches were great but I wasn’t really a fan of this workout format. 18 stations were too many and the first round of 20 seconds with 10 seconds in between just wasn’t enough time to transition and the people behind me would be at the station before I could even leave. As someone newer to F45 I found it hard to follow and the screens were difficult to see in the back.
