see all reviewsThe hot yoga class was challenging especially for being out of practice for so long and it being my first heated class but the instructor was amazing!! She is so kind and you can tell they have cultivated an amazing environment in the studio. The class was pretty intimate but the women in there were all so encouraging and kind as well. Definitely take a class here if you can!
