    Need to go a few times to get used to the exercises & postures. My first time so not very sure what to expect and might fluster abit to switch between bar and weights. Otherwise the instructor is pretty friendly and encouraging. He would inform us if we should use light or more weights for a specific exercise.

    Orchard - TR Boxing Drills [10 credits]

    Got a good sweat! Practiced boxing techniques most of the time and plus some squats and push-ups! Many people in the class and got random pair work. Generally good experience, but coach not teaching much, so not for boxing beginners!

    Muay Thai

    Muay Thai is pain. Started with skipping for 5min as warmup. Then did the basic jab, cross, hook, uppercut, elbow, knee, body kicks and low kicks on the punching bag. After that did a few rounds of sparring with the instructor. For cooldown at the end, did 100 crunches and 10 pushups. Think its quite worth it. Class size was small and costs about the same as boxing.

    The instructor is very detailed, and would correct my form wherever required which I really appreciate! Very patient & encouraging throughout the session; so as a beginner, I don’t feel pressured at all. Definitely would come back!
