see all reviewsMuay Thai is pain. Started with skipping for 5min as warmup. Then did the basic jab, cross, hook, uppercut, elbow, knee, body kicks and low kicks on the punching bag. After that did a few rounds of sparring with the instructor. For cooldown at the end, did 100 crunches and 10 pushups. Think its quite worth it. Class size was small and costs about the same as boxing.
