    Excellent cues, well thought out exercises and focus on breath work. I would liken Justin’s style as a mix of somatic movement, classical pilates adapted with props, and an exploration of what your body can achieve in a relaxed state. Would love an overlay of fluidity after the basics but I think the sequence of exercises was very suited to the clients in the class.
