see all reviewsThe facility was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, the staff took me to my private sauna, which was stocked with clean towels, a robe, and sandals, making the experience feel comfortable and relaxing. The only issue I encountered was that the sauna was not preheated for my morning appointment. I checked in about 10 minutes before my scheduled session, and the staff let me know I could either wait for it to warm up or begin my session right away. I chose to start my session and remained until the end of my appointment time. However, even after being in the sauna for about 20 minutes, it still didn’t feel very hot. It wasn’t until the last 8–10 minutes of my session that the temperature reached the 130s, which still wasn’t quite hot enough for my preference. I mentioned this to the staff afterward, and she was very apologetic and explained that she would try to have it preheated sooner next time. I appreciated her response and willingness to address the issue. Overall, I had a positive experience and would be willing to give it another try to see if the sauna reaches the desired temperature for future visits.

see all reviewsI had a great first experience at Recovery District! From the moment I walked in, all of the staff were welcoming and friendly, which made me feel comfortable right away. Especially since it was my first time at a recovery studio. The owner took the time to give me a full tour, which I really appreciated. I booked an assisted stretch and sports massage with Beca, and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and I learned a lot about why my body was feeling sore and how to take better care of it. I also tried the red light therapy, and it was such a great experience. Overall, I left feeling refreshed, informed, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
