see all reviewsFirst time trying and it was a lot of fun. It does require upper body strength but I feel like not as much as pole. The challenge is getting around the hoop and remembering the correct sequence and correct side. The hoops are of different sizes and heights so I think it’s ok to have couple more people than hoops because everyone moves around and try different hoops.

see all reviewsTyng Tyng recommended this class to me the last time I tried aerial fly. It is a series of yoga poses that you do at your own pace. Hyunyoung was very patient with me as I was new to the class. I am pretty flexible but I was amazed with the deep stretch in my hips and hamstrings. I love that she corrects my posture to deepen the stretches. They normally end the class with backward arches/handstands and that's exactly my goal!

see all reviewsTeacher was nice and welcoming. Space was lovely even with construction next door. Very gentle class. Kind of a pilates yoga hybrid. Lots of focus on breath and intentional muscle use. I left feeling very relaxed but also like I was able to do some strengthening. Highly recommend if you are hyper mobile or conversely have a stiff back. I will be returning.

see all reviewsStudio was nice & clean. I'm still a beginner when it comes to yoga so I still struggle with poses. The instructor was really sweet & gave me helpful feedback to correct my form. The mirror helped a lot too (the other yoga studio I normally go to doesn't have one). I highly recommend this place. Definitely beginner friendly (:

see all reviewsThe class was great and still easy to follow along. I wasn’t able to dance it perfectly but was able to follow along with most of it. Lisa was very nice and friendly. She made it easy for someone who has never really danced before, like me ;-; She points out what to focus on and how everyone can improve. Parking was also easy to find. I was able to park in the structure under the building. There were plenty of spaces on a Tuesday night.
