see all reviewsA hard intense circuit class!! The trainer was great but definitely not beginner friendly, my mom came and definitely struggled with the moves and it is definitely HARD. I go to the gym and know how to do workouts but it was still very intense for me. I probably wouldn’t go again just bc it was way too difficult for me but definitely try it out! I can see how exercising like this would be great for losing weight and building muscles!

I struggle to tap into mindfulness in my yoga classes usually but the way she phrased things and organized the movements and class got me right to the peaceful place mentally I was looking to find through yoga :) Front desk was super accommodating as well, I live so far from the studio but this place makes it worth !!

Coach Luis took time to teach the combos (jab, cross, hook, slip, etc) step by step, until I got the combos right. At the end of the class, I was able to learned the right techniques and combos with speed. Overall, I had a great and fun workout! I think HWD is one of the best workout studio in the area. Will be coming back! *one thing to note is their current address is 625 E Foothill Blvd, Pomona, CA 91767, which needs to be updated in Yelp.
