see all reviewsTeacher was nice and welcoming. Space was lovely even with construction next door. Very gentle class. Kind of a pilates yoga hybrid. Lots of focus on breath and intentional muscle use. I left feeling very relaxed but also like I was able to do some strengthening. Highly recommend if you are hyper mobile or conversely have a stiff back. I will be returning.

see all reviewsI appreciate their attention to injuries and special conditions—most places I’ve been don’t really show much accommodation and mostly let you fend for yourself, but the instructors I’ve had at PoF have been really careful and considerate about avoiding injury. As a result, I’ll continue to frequent them even when I’ve left other places with less careful coaches.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class! It was pretty intense, but overall a great workout and a good challenge. Cautionary advice, this class is taught by dancers so the intensity is pretty high and there are no modifications offered so if you’re a beginner some of the movements may be a bit of a challenge. It was also pretty fast paced, we got through a lot of workouts in an hour so if you need more breaks or a slower pace, this class may not be a good fit.
