Great class as always! Compared to the other F45 classes I’ve been to, Titans really focuses on strength training and weight lifting with little to no cardio. Heart was pumping though!

    Focus50: Core + Obliques + Lower Body

Holy moly that was so hard, but so rewarding! Nikki was great walking me through how to use the machine for the first time and engaging my muscles in every exercise. I will be shaking for the rest of the afternoon, but I will definitely be coming back to get stronger!

    Signature; Full Body (45 min)

I really loved this class! I’ve taken a few boxing classes before, but this tops all of them. The gym itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and the actual setup was great. I liked that the rounds were split up between floor/circuit training and the monitors were really helpful for when that listening comprehension doesn’t kick in until the pre-workout does. Kevin was an awesome coach - he was high energy, had good music, and I liked that he walked around to help with technique during the bag rounds.

Title classes always kick my a** but Jill was especially butt kicking with her contagious high energy personality. Fun and difficult class that I left sweat drenched, but feeling alive (and maybe a little sore)

    Intro to Pole (Studio C)

Such a fun class! This was my first time taking a pole dancing class and I absolutely loved it! It was easy to understand the instructions, even if I couldn’t do all the moves yet, and Abby was so great to have! I highly recommend this class for anyone that has been tempted to try. Hot tip - wear short spandex shorts and a bra or tank top so that you’re not sliding up and down the pole :)

Great instructor. She quickly learns your capability and shows you what you should do that hour. She really pushed me, I couldn’t walk the next day. It was good muscle pain. Means I really worked those unused muscles were worked!

    Club Style for adults

What a fever dream. A ragtag mix of old ladies & cute young fun people. It’s mostly partner dancing where you switch every few minutes. I was an absolute beginner and followed along perfectly — the class is small enough that the instructor gave 1 on 1 help. Class pass girlies, I want you to think to yourself: why am I paying $89/month for biweekly yoga? You should try a silly little dance class.
