Some reviews have likened it to barre, but I think it's more like circuit training using body weight, bands, sliders etc. It focused on core and butt/legs, which I loved. You don't need sneakers, just grip socks. Francesca was a power house!!

see all reviewsLinda is a fantastic teacher. The class was excellent. She warms you up for whatever difficult poses you'll be doing in the class. Her pacing is excellent. Her classes are deceiving...they appear easy/ moderate, but the cummulative result is a challenging class.
