    Lovely instructor, gives a lot of good notes to help me correct my alignment. A note on the space - I think an earlier class must have been using hand chalk and didn’t clean up well, because the floor and mats felt dusty.

    PERSONAL Training (1-to-1 or 1-to-2)

    The personal trainer assessed my flat feet and scoliosis correctly even though I didn’t tell him at first. Then he taught me specific strengthening and stretching exercises for different muscle groups left and right, which I will be trying out from now on. Not a heavy workout for a gym regular like me, but very enlightening and encouraging. Thanks Mark!
