    Amazing class! Yin yoga is supposed to be regenerative and supportive. Katie teaches a wonderful class that seeks to help each individual identify what their body needs and address it. We are often out of sync with our own needs after spending hours attending to the needs of others. This class helps realign with the self and offers restful poses for a delicious one hour and fifteen minutes of recovery. Thank you Katie for bringing your yoga therapy and nervous system expertise to this beautiful practice!
