I plan to return for the SPENGA class which includes 20 mins of spin cycling, 20 mins of rep, and 20 mins of yoga. I can’t wait!

see all reviewsThis class was a great workout! The instructor was welcoming and helpful, and the group felt very high energy. However, I would not recommend taking this as your first ever yoga class. The flow moved quickly and it could be easy for someone to get lost if you don’t have a basic handle on the poses. Once you have a few classes under your belt, I highly recommend this sweat sesh!
