    Felt unwelcome, was not introduced to the concept of how the workout worked. Other members had to guide me (the members were very friendly!) I had to make up my own alternative exercises despite letting the instructor know I’d recently had a C-Section. When I changed an exercise, I was then questioned why I was unable to do it!

    Nice space, friendly staff, great equipment- enjoyed that the treadmills have a nature view option so I still got the feel of doing a nice hike from the comforts of inside whilst it pours with rain outside. Will likely be back when the weather is again so poor I’m unable to enjoy a walk outside! Thank you ☺️
