    This class was fast paced and high intensity, but the instructor provided plenty of modifications and feedback. I felt comfortable doing the class as a first timer. If I go again, I will take a note from other classmates and bring my yoga mat to the class—we are on the floor a lot!

    Sunna is a bright, open space with a lot of charm. I love the stone and wood floor. recently, I had an energy meditation with Victoria and just knew it was time. They were very attentive, knowledgeable, and provided a holistic viewpoint to guide the session and truly allow me to hone in on what was coming up in my body and emotional self.
