see all reviewsClass was great! Instructor was very nice and they had free mats. The space is stunning, but thereâs not a lot of light from the window and thereâs no mirrors to check your form. The class was very relaxed and slow paced. KJ provided plenty of modifications for moves which makes this class really good for beginners.

see all reviewsThe instructor was very nice! The space was also so beautiful I loved the light hardwood and the airiness of it. Gorgeous and so modern. The Pilates portion wasnât really a workout, more so just stretching to prepare for the run. I loved the run route, it really took advantage of the studios prime location along the Stone Arch Bridge. It was lovely outside and I had a great time during the run portion. That said, the description says you can walk or go at your own paceâŚ.that is semi true. The group does NOT slow down for you but you can go at your own pace but itâll definitely go over the class time limit considering itâs a 2 mile route thatâs supposed to fit in 30 mins. So just be prepared for that - I ended up taking a short cut and walking and ended up finally getting to the studio 10 minutes after the class was officially over and missed all the post run stretching. Not the instructors fault though, thatâs on me for not being fit and able to run! Overall it was a great slow start to my Sunday!
