The last time I only heard her say hello on the computer to two people but there are so many people in person… and since she’s catering to the people from home she doesn’t walk around the room to give any adjustments. The computer set up also takes up a bunch of room since no one wants to be in the computers camera shot. Still love her classes regardless!

see all reviewsI loved how the instructor asked our group on what we would like to work on for today’s session, it made the class feel very intimate and integrated. Loved the outdoors aspect and the fresh air, however do remember to bring bug spray! The singing bowls were also a very nice touch, i love when instructors add them to the class, it makes it feel very peaceful and zen. The flow was very beginner-friendly and gave me a deep stretch. Everyone was very friendly and overall I would do it again! ☺️
