The best spin/workout class I’ve ever been to. You go to the rooftop of the Mayfair hotel, you are greeted by a nice pool next to where the spin class is held. The views are gorgeous overlooking Coconut Grove. The class makes you sweat and you work out intensely. I love the mixture of spin and calisthenics as it gives you a complete full body workout and cardio all in one class. This is definitely an addiction everyone needs to have. I will be summer ready in no time!!
