I really liked Megan’s class. The structure was well laid out and her instructions are very clear. She encourages the class to listen to your body. Beginner friendly and would take another one of her classes. :)

    Barre

This class was very accessible and good for beginners. Katherine has good energy and explains things well. I wish there had been more options for making it more challenging, but I could have done that with heaviest weights if I had picked them. I would definitely go again.

Just did Barre for the first time and got my butt kicked but it felt great! Katherine did an amazing job of being informative, patient and energetic all throughout. Also, the cleanliness of the studio is top-tier. Will definitely be back!

    Rocket Ride

This is an amazing studio for new riders and riders looking for an inclusive/supportive community of riders. The space is open, with good distance between bikes and never gets too too dark compared to almost all other studios . Dana has amazing energy and a strong message with each ride. She really makes you feel seen and included in the class. Also, the facilities are super clean - I love the multiple water fountains. I can’t recommend this studio enough!

    Afternoon Open level Aerial Hammock

This class was amazing!! I had a wonderful experience, the class was challenging but in all the right ways! It helped me improve, get out of my comfort zone & succeed in new positions 🧘‍♀️🤸 the teacher is lovely, very professional, helps you adjust but is not overbearing! I can only recommend going, I had so much fun!
