    Conditioning Focus

    Georgie was so welcoming, and really took the time to show me around the gym and introduce the program and the training style at optimal fitness. Georgie was encouraging and high energy coach. I did a conditioning class which was challenging, but at your own pace. The gym wasn't intimidating and I'm keen to return!
