see all reviewsAura was very sweet and such a great instructor and made me feel welcome. This was my first time visiting the studio and the first time in years I’ve gotten on the pole. She was very patient and helped me get my form correct. I definitely didn’t have the skills that most of the students in the class had but I gave it my best try. Would recommend!

see all reviewsThis is the most cozy space! The owner was so kind and welcoming. They also have a great coffee shop inside that is delicious and they welcome you to just hang out even if you’re not taking a class. The class itself was the perfect balance of challenging and restful. The cold lavender towel at the end was chef’s kiss. This will be a regular spot for me from now on :)
