see all reviewsI enjoyed the class and enjoy this studio in general but lately it feels like a lot of new folks are attending class without being aware of etiquette. Bringing their phones into the studio and using them, talking power or advanced classes without knowing proper form or how to do basic moves. I am always happy to see new people in the space but in these cases it is a bit distracting.

But some go SO fast they don’t even pronounce words, vowels, letters. It’s nuts. But Angela, she has a calm, a serenity, a great vibe and an articulate voice.
