    Full Body HIIT Workout

    Great workout! Started with a few minutes of stretching, then 15 mins of running followed by kickboxing and a short dumbbell finisher. I don’t love to run so I was a little nervous about that section but it was fun and you could adapt to your level. If you don’t like to run I would still try this class as power walking was an option.
