see all reviewsThis class was the pace I really wanted. I felt welcome and really appreciated the instructor Nacera. Front desk did not greet me because there is self check in and a lot going on but it felt warm and inviting anyway. A few people arrived after class had begun. I’m glad people were able to come in late because I would like to be given that grace myself if it were to happen in the future. I liked that the instructor acknowledged even the late arrivals and how she introduced herself by name a few times. I learned a lot from participating in this class since the focus is explaining. Parking was a dollar in the back lot.

see all reviewsLoved every bit of it. The 20 minutes of HIIT in the beginning are intense but the pacing is so well set that it moves along fairly quickly. The following 40 minutes on the reformer help seal in the burn across your muscle groups but it’s never more than you can handle. Jean communicated modifications and corrections clearly and well; really appreciated all the modeling she did for us ahead of each exercise. Space is clean and parking is fairly plentiful along York Blvd.
