    Good challenging class, I appreciated the instructor’s creative exercises that weren’t just the run of the mill moves you see all the time. He kept it interesting. Some cues weren’t super clear but he went around to check everyone was doing the exercise correctly. I come to Avea 4-5 days/week and I would definitely take his class again.

    Mat Pilates

    This was SO nice. A very gentle but challenging Pilates class. There were only 3 of us but it felt right because the room wasn’t all that big and it was dimly lit anyways. This instructor was really clear on her instructions and gave adjustments as needed. This would be a great workout to focus on breathing and strength. And the space is incredible— a luxurious workout, if there ever was one.

    Loved it! Definitely good workout. But most importantly the vibe is lovely there. I never thought an ab workout could be relaxing. Thanks Cassie! P.S. idk if this is an open level class but I recommend it for newbies. The class was small and a few people had injuries/ required modifications. I really appreciated the individual attention and motivation.
