    Lauren was such a fun, enthusiastic instructor. Her class was definitely more of an athletic, sporty vibe than the usual Pilates class — and it was pretty tough!! But in the best way. I feel great afterwards. Will definitely return.

Her music was great and the class was tough in exactly the way you want it to be. She gave modifications with each exercise so you could make it more challenging or a bit less so.     Mat Pilates

    This was SO nice. A very gentle but challenging Pilates class. There were only 3 of us but it felt right because the room wasn’t all that big and it was dimly lit anyways. This instructor was really clear on her instructions and gave adjustments as needed. This would be a great workout to focus on breathing and strength. And the space is incredible— a luxurious workout, if there ever was one.

    Wow, what a great class. Leah’s was so knowledgeable and gave a lot of hands on as well as verbal adjustments. I got a great workout and felt really stretched out afterwards. One of the better gyrotonic classes I’ve taken. I will definitely be back.

    This was my first time coming here and it was amazing. The instructor Daniella is amazing, super friendly and she is so easy to follow. She made me feel very comfortable.
