    Good stretching for Sunday afternoon. My legs shake so that means they are working. As always, I m impressed by the Bar Method instructors’ ability to memorize our names even when I barely had interaction with her before class.

    Fantastic class, fun and time flew by because non stop movement! Instructor was upbeat and encouraging and I liked her music. I could see why other people said it’s confusing but if you are work out regularly and are familiar with different exercises it’s not that hard to keep up. Way better than their regular barre class which I find slow and not that challenging and use as a rest day workout. Also this studio was lovely and the room was nice and warm which is better for this type of excercise.

    Capoeira Beginners

    I have so far taken two classes at Nago Academy and I enjoy the challenge of capoeira. Mestre Andre is very cool guy...patient and breaks down the movement to help you catch on. I was drenched in sweat just from the warm ups! I definitely plan to keep coming.
